We hereby inform you that on May 19, 2025, Maroma Beach activities at 9:30, 10:30, and 12:00 p.m. will be chartered. As a result, we will not be able to accept reservations or provide commercial services during those dates and specific times.

Regulations of Catamaran & Reef Snorkel Basic

Basic swimming skills are required for snorkeling
Not suitable for people with limited mobility, back problems, recent surgeries, or pregnant women
Children aged 6 and up can participate, always accompanied by a responsible adult
Children aged 4 to 5 cannot enter the water and must stay on the boat with an adult
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Cancelation policies of Catamaran & Reef Snorkel Basic

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.

No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
